Overview

Customer Driven Solutions uses a mix of employees, contractors, partners, and suppliers to meet the needs of customers.  The decision to use a particular mix of capabilities depends upon the specific solutions to deliver.

Our work is delivered through defined capabilities that are supported by role based process descriptions. Given we are a small organization, our employees or contractors may take on multiple roles (wear multiple hats). This provides for a flexible workforce and approach to delivery.

Underpinning our capabilities is 'good management practice' where planning and review provide visibility to our commitments.

Governance

Customer Driven Solutions has a small Board of Directors consisting of a Managing Director and Company Secretary.  We consider our key business partners as stakeholders and include these key individuals in key decision making for the company.

Capabilities

Customer Driven Solutions Limited uses a capability based approach to carrying out our work. The following diagram shows our top level capabilities which can be configured to support our specific products and services:

To achieve their mission / purpose, all organizations perform the following capabilities:

  • Management Capability
  • Innovation and Development Capability
  • Product and Service Delivery Capability

There are also a number of common management activities that are shared across the capabilities identified above.

Management Policies

We establish management policies to guide our organization. The following policies are in use:

Typically, Sales and Marketing is performed primarily through partner organisations.

 Any contractors, partners and suppliers will be selected based upon demonstrating the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience for the specific assignments and contracts.  (See the Purchasing Process).

Other employees may be added to our organisation to support delivery of products and services as our plans demonstrate sustainable business.

Each team within Customer Driven Solutions will use this Quality Manual and will have a Team Operating Plan.  The Team Operating Plan contains the current organisational information for the team and any plans for changing the structure or skill mix.

Organizational Structure

Customer Driven Solutions Limited consists of two teams:

  • The Top Management and Delivery Team: The managing director is the manager of this team.
  • The Board of Directors: The Managing Director and other Directors and the company Secretary.
