Policy
We will establish a single management system to describe the way we conduct our business. The name of this management system is the:
Customer Driven Solutions Management System (CDSMS)
The management system defines the critical activities that effect business performance, customer satisfaction, solution development, and our people's skills and competence.
The single management system has been designed to meet the following external standards:

ISO 9001:2015(r)

CMMI Development and Services (r)
and incorporates:

PRINCE2(R)
Managing Successful Programmes(R)
ISO 15288:2015;
All employees or subcontractors will be expected to carry out their work within this management system. If the management system can be improved or blocks achievement of our goals and objectives, the employee or subcontractor should raise an issue and send it to the Quality Manager.
