Prepare Customer Account Plans, Account Manager

Description

Customer Account Plans are prepared for customers who are providing or are expected to provide a significant percentage of the business.  This is typically > 20% of the business.  

 

The needs and forecasts for the Customer are defined along with any special requirements.  Special requirements may take the form of re-badging products or services or establishing special contractual terms and conditions.

 

These account plans may lead to establishing memorandum of understanding or partnership agreements.

 

Audit Criteria

  • Client Account Plans prepared where required
  • Relevant sections reviewed with the client
