Delivering the Capability, Programme Manager

Description

After programme authorisation, the projects within the portfolio are started up, managed, and closed.  The programme team works with the individual project management teams and ensures that the interfaces between the programme and project are being maintained and delivered.

 

Participation in the project boards provides an ongoing monitoring of the individual projects within the portfolio.

 

Any issues raised by a project management team is handled here.  Any impacts to the overall project objects and resultant impact on the programme are identified and handled.

  • Project PID reviewed and approved
  • Highlight reports reviewed as agreed
  • End of Stage Reviews held
  • End of Project Reviews held
