Evaluate Change Performance, Process Manager

Description

The organisational and process performance is analyzed throughout the entire life cycle.  In the early stages of the life cycle the current process performance is evaluated and improvement targets are prepared.  In the later stages of the life cycle, the actual performance of the improved process is evaluated against the goals and targets set for the process and organisational performance.

Each process identifies the measurements that allow the process performance to be determined.

Audit Results and Corrective Actions are reviewed for systemic problems with the process.  Any recurring patterns are addressed through a formal quality review.

Process and organisational Performance is reviewed at the Management System Review on a regular basis.

Benchmarking activity may also be performed to provide an external reference point for the performance of the process.
