Scope

For the purposes of registering the management system, our scope is defined as:

 

Supply of Solutions for Enterprise Improvement / delivery Initiatives.  This includes the delivery of programme and project management services including, interim Programme / Project / PMO management and Training and Consulting in the areas of Process Management, Systems Engineering, and Programme / Project Management (including Blueprints and Architecting) in support of companies working to improve their business performance. .

 

The Management System meets the requirements of the following external standards:

  • ISO 9001:2015

All of the paragraphs of ISO 9001:2015. are applicable to Customer Driven Solutions Limited except the following:

  • None

Certificates of compliance have been received for the following external standards:

  • None (we are ready to apply for an ISO 9001:2015 certificate if there is a contractual requirement.
