Description

The systems, networks, printers, and server applications are managed for supported systems (see supported systems list). Management of these systems includes the following areas:

 

    • Security
    • User Account Management
    • Backup and Restore
    • Configuration (Install and setup server hardware and software)
    • Performance Management (Monitoring system availability, capacity, and utilisation)
    • Documentation (Asset management, status and maintenance logging, etc)
    • Change control / Validation (replace disks, additions, validation of changes)
    • Maintain anti-virus software and definitions.
    • Disaster recovery
    • IT Service and Support Strategy (understanding and setting)
    • Current and future technological awareness

 

Audit Criteria

  • Systems available as per specified customer SLA requirements.
  • Infrastructure Management Plans (new, upgrades, maintenance) reviewed and approved
