Contract Records
The Contract Owner is responsible for keeping a file (hardcopy and electronic) of relevant information about the opportunity. The opportunity file contains the following:
Opportunity Report (at a minimum - online)
Any correspondence (may be online in Outlook or in an opportunity folder)
Record of key contacts (using a minutes of meeting form) either hardcopy or online.
Retain contact information if necessary using the form: CMGT_FRM004 Contact Information
