Issue Management is a single process that is applied to all types of changes.
Everyone is encouraged to submit issues to
the Project Manager
Day to Day Management of the Project - appointed by Corporate / Programme Management.

issues may be in the following categories:
- Question or Concern
- Scope Change
- Request for Change
- Off-Specification
- Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
- Other
The project manager then handles these issues using the following process steps:
- Capturing Project Issues
- Examining Project Issues
- Escalating Project Issues
These actions ensure that the project manager is able to assess, plan, and track all issues to a decision or closure.
