Release from Team, People Manager
Description
People may be moved from the current organisation due to the following:
- Workforce reduction or outplacement
- Employee Initiated contract termination or transfer
- Performance Issues
- Completion of Contract
The people manager ensures that the employment contract with Permanent or Temporary resources is either transferred to another part of the organisation or terminated.
If the individual leaves the organisation, then an interview is held with the resource to gain feedback on the employment with the company. In addition, all property is returned, company credit cards are cancelled, etc according to the Employment Termination Procedure
Audit Criteria
- Employment Contract Terminated according to the applicable procedure.
- Exit Interview held
- All items used by the resource returned
