Issue Management

Everyone is encouraged to submit issues to the Project ManagerClosedDay to Day Management of the Project - appointed by Corporate / Programme Management. .  These issues may be in the following categories:

 

  • Question or Concern
  • Scope Change
  • Request for Change
  • Off-Specification
  • Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
  • Other

 

The project manager then handles these issues using the following process steps:

 

  • CS3 - Capturing Project Issues
  • CS4 - Examining Project Issues
  • CS8 - Escalating Project Issues

 

These actions ensure that the project manager is able to assess, plan, and track all issues to a decision or closure.
