For Preparation:
- Identify the purpose and objectives for the meeting
- Identify the people that need to attend the meeting
- Identify the agenda (including timing) and any individuals responsible for agenda items
- Identify the location and time for the meeting.
- Prepare and publish any materials prior to the meeting
- Review the materials prior to the meeting
Conduct the meeting:
- Keep to the time identified in the agenda
- Record any discussion, decisions, and actions
All Reviews need to be planned to ensure that resources are available to carry out the reviews
- Activities identified in the plan
- Time allocated to prepare for the meeting
- Time allocated to participate at the meeting.
