Description

Each component part of the Solution as identified in the Design Specification and project plan is developed and tested. Each part is developed or acquired, tested, integrated with other components as appropriate, and placed under change control.

Audit Criteria

Solution components developed and tested according to Design Specifications and implementation plan or project plan.
Approved Solution components placed under configuration management or change control.

Test Results

Solution and component tests are performed and the results of these tests are logged. Forms are provided to facilitate the records of these tests. These forms contain the following information:

Form	Description
Test Log	A log of all tests performed and their results. This log contains: Test number Date Description Test Conclusion
Test Results Form	This form records the results of each of the tests. This form contains: Test Number Date Description Actions taken Problems or changes logged Test Conclusion
