The product delivery is managed on a quarterly basis with a 8 quarter forward forecast.  Sales forecasts and product feedback from customers are used to refine forecasts and tune the product.

Improvements to the product, either cost reduction or minor product enhancements, are carried out to keep the product viable.  Major product enhancements will go through the process from the initial stages, though the subsequent passes will be much more focused and clear on changes.

• Business Plan Revised with Actuals on a Quarterly Basis.
• Customer notification of product withdrawal issued.
• Withdrawal Business Plan Reviewed and Approved.
