Roll-out the Change, Process Manager

Description

Roll-out the business change to relevant parts of the organisation and measure that the benefits are being achieved.  This may involve changes to the following component areas:  organisational structure, people, processes, IT systems and facilities, measurements and rewards, and plans.

Provide training and coaching to the remainder of the users of the process or systems and deliver appropriate communication about the status and benefits of the change.

Ensure that the latest revised materials are distributed to the users and that the pilot teams have received the final versions of the process.

As before, corrective actions are logged to ensure that problems and improvements are recorded and if necessary actioned.

Audit Criteria

  • All component changes rolled out according to the plan
  • All users trained and able to use the process or systems
  • Corrective actions logged and tracked to a closure.
  • Post Roll-Out Review held and results published.
