View: Value

The value view describes the value that is delivered to the customers or stakeholders. This includes the products and services and the way they will be used.

The following is the Customer Journey Model

This process generally works with the Development Life cycle and Purchasing process as defined by the customer. In this case, we work with the customer within their processes to identify the specific work that we will provide in the contract.

NOTE: Small contracts do not require a full project to be established. There is a short consultancy contract that will be used in these cases.

Business Model

As we work with each customer to develop a proposal that meets their needs. Each of the items in our business model is a specific contract that has been developed for a specific customer.

Note: our own internal investments also use this same process to ensure that we have a plan to deliver the needed items to support our business.
